Founder
- Before founding the practice, he worked as Legal Counsel at an international IT company, at a Magic Circle law firm, and at one of Kazakhstan’s leading law firms, focusing on dispute resolution.
- Member of the YIMA (Asia Arbitration Comitee) and Compliance Hub.
- Author of several academic and practical publications on law and technology.
Education:
Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law (Civil Law major, with honors).
Languages:
Russian, English, French.
Samgat Turgenbayev
Legal Counsel
- Participated in legislative drafting and serves on expert advisory councils. Experienced in complex litigation and administrative matters requiring creative strategies and deep understanding of the local legal landscape.
- Over 20 years of experience in legal consulting under Kazakhstan law.
- Represented Huawei, ArcelorMittal, VTB, Adidas, and major oil & gas companies in court and administrative proceedings.

Academy of Jurisprudence, Higher School of Law “Adilet.”
